Individual Therapy
Sometimes our usual ways of coping fail us. To overcome these hurdles and move forward, individual therapy can be a tremendous help. I work collaboratively with clients, fostering a safe space where all aspects of the self can be explored. Sharing your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a non-judgmental and supportive environment can lead to self-discovery, clarity and resolution to problems, getting you closer to the life you desire.
Couples Therapy
Conflict in intimate relationships is both natural and common. I offer the opportunity to work in a safe space where together we can identify and work through the challenges that affect your communication. I can help you recognize why you feel unhappy, unheard, or unloved while increasing healthy communication. Couples therapy gives you a place where you can speak candidly, without fear of being judged, blamed or criticized.
Child Therapy
Children and adolescents face many transitions which can lead to struggle with behavioral difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I can provide help in coping with as well as processing the emotions that come from school, peer and family-related stress. My approach emphasizes self-identity and independence in pursuit of healthy development and will often include working with parents to better understand and connect with their child.
